Sizani Property Management will endeavor to see that all rentals are collected timeously by removing the hassle of dealing with tenants. Statements will be issued on the 30th of each month in order to facilitate timeous rental payment.
Our team of dedicated portfolio managers, will continuously engage with tenants to ensure their satisfaction while still allowing us to maintain the good condition of the property.
We offer to negotiate the ongoing management of leases, or commission a Real Estate Agent to source new tenants, should the landlord so wish. Sizani Property Management will ensure the high vetting standards of all potential tenants to meet your criteria.
All incidents of properties will be logged and a database of known issues will be monitored. After every third incident of a similar nature occurs, a problem will then be logged with the landlord for him to decide on a permanent remedy. However, a monthly report will also be issued to the landlord for review.
